Steve De Angelo.

Stacey Sude: My current fascination is evoking scientific agency in everyday people by inviting them into participatory research experiences, held within a container of art and/or ceremony. I'm interested in science storytelling, data art, and ethical, inclusive data systems. I have 12 years of experience in the natural products and holistic medicine fields and a BA in physics. My devotional practice is a kind of ecstatic naturalism: sitting with, listening to, and expressing my love of the Land, as a settler on Turtle Island. My work aims to contribute to our collective connection with the living world.

This art and systems change showcase will feature works that embody the spirit of solarpunk –– a movement that envisions a world where technology and nature harmoniously coexist, and where human ingenuity creates a brighter, more inclusive future for all. A solar punk future is one in which an interdisciplinary diversity and a neurodiversity of people act in radical collaboration. A solar punk future is one in which everyone can seek a perfect role for themselves, where each can have their unique talents expressed in right relationship to a role that aligns to their ikigai.

A solar punk future is one in which each person should have every systemic nurture fractal that allows their optimal expression. The interdependence between people and natural ecosystems is key for the apex expression of humanity. This is a form of the "I am because we are" (ubuntu) that unleashes cascading co-benefits that unlock a bright future for all. A solar punk future would reflect the quote from Buckminster Fuller’s exhortation to "make the world work, for 100% of humanity, in the shortest possible time, through spontaneous cooperation, without ecological offense or the disadvantage of anyone".
